Coenzyme Q10 is a substance that occurs naturally in cells - in the mitochondria. With age, the level of coenzyme Q10 in the body decreases, so it becomes important to replenish it. The preparation contains 30 mg of the highest quality coenzyme Q10 in each capsule. Lecithin is present in every cell of the human body, mainly as a component of cell membranes. It takes part in various metabolic processes.
Ingredients: coenzyme Q10, soy lecithin, microcrystalline cellulose, powdered cellulose - fillers, magnesium stearate - anti-caking agent, capsule (gelatin - shell component, color: E171).
The preparation is intended: to supplement the diet with coenzyme Q10 and lecithin, especially recommended for middle-aged and elderly people as well as for physically active people and athletes.
Recommended daily dose: 7 days, 1 capsule 3 times a day, then 1 capsule 2 times a day, after meals, for a minimum of 2 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during the day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Storage conditions: store in dry rooms, at room temperature, in tightly closed containers. Store out of the reach of small children.
