Gold-Vit ® B Forte is a dietary supplement which, thanks to the complex of B vitamins ,
in a specially selected portion , helps to meet the body's needs for these vitamins , especially in the period of:

B vitamins are an underestimated group of vitamins that are essential for the proper functioning of the body. Adequate, in line with the recommended daily intake, supply of B vitamins that are present in Gold-Vit ® B Forte has a positive effect on:
- Healthy skin - Vitamin B2, niacin and biotin help maintain healthy skin.
- Nervous system - vitamin B2, niacin and biotin contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system.
- Metabolism - biotin contributes to the maintenance of the proper metabolism of macronutrients. Folates help in the proper synthesis of amino acids , which is of great importance during intense physical exertion.
- Blood - vitamins B6 and B12 support the proper production of red blood cells. Folates help in the proper production of blood.
