L-carnitine 500 forte plus is a dietary supplement containing L-carnitine, enriched with L-Arginine, LL-ornithine and chromium.

L-carnitine participates in the transport of fat components - fatty acids to energy centers, which are mitochondria. The chromium contained in the preparation contributes to the maintenance of the proper metabolism of macronutrients and the proper level of glucose in the blood.

Ingredients: L-carnitine L-tartrate, L-ornithine hydrochloride, L-arginine hydrochloride, chromium (III) chloride, bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule (gelatin - shell component, color: E 171 ).

The preparation is intended  for: adults who are physically active and who care about the condition, striving to reduce body fat, and who are slimming. 

Recommended daily dose:

Supplementing the diet : 1 capsule 1-2 daily between meals.

When losing weight : 1 capsule 2-3 r. Plot approx. 30 minutes. before meals.

Supporting effort:  2-3 cap. Approx. 30 min. before the effort.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during the day.

A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
