ExGrape® SEED Grape Seed Extract is standardized to 95% polyphenols . The raw material is obtained from the seeds of the white Vitis vinifera grapes harvested exclusively in Champagne - a French province famous for its long wine tradition and the cultivation of top-class grapes. 

The exGrape® SEED grape seed extract contains the full spectrum of polyphenols and guarantees a high content of min. 30% oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs) .

Oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs):

• are compounds belonging to the class of polyphenols that are most abundant in grape seeds,
• they are combinations of catechin and epicatechin units,
• contain numerous -OH groups in the molecule,
• have unique antioxidant properties, thanks to which they effectively neutralize free radicals and have a beneficial, health-promoting effect on the body.

ExGrape® SEED has an ORAC value (capacity for absorption of free oxygen radicals) of 15,000 µmol TE / g, thus outclassing other popular antioxidants such as pycnogenol, tea extract or vitamin C.
